    Hello and make yourself at home here in our Owls Nest Website. There are five tabs on our website from which you can access loads of tasty stuff to help ease you into your new life. You access the tabs by hovering over them and clicking once to reveal the information available to you.

    Events: This tab has a calendar populated by the blog posts that will keep you up to date on what is happening at the Club House, your home away from home. RSVP to all events here. Populate your own home calendar from here too.

    HOA Policies: We actually don’t have a ratified HOA Policy just yet but we do have a draft one. Please take a moment to read it and if you have any comments please send an email to the committee. This current recommended Policy is before the Toll Bros Board awaiting approval at the moment. Remember, it is a fluid document and can and will change in the future based on input from you. It is meant to help us keep our community, vibrant and friendly, safe and ensure everyone is responsible

    HOA Services: Here you will find things like – mowing and gardening contractor, fertilization contractor, pool contractor, cleaning crew info for the Club House, trash collection info, etc.

    Useful Links: This tab could be an endless list so here we have begun with a link to the PHHOA, The Town of Plymouth for beach passes and taxes and general info, but we could put up a list of recommended skilled trades, recommended hair salons, recommended vets, dog groomers, etc. Just send us an email and we can include the information you provide but we will have to mention your name as the recommender.
