Currently this committee is rolled into one advisory committee for both facilities and landscaping. It is called the Facilities and Landscape Committee and is made up of 4 owners who volunteered to assist with recommendations for feedback to the temporary Toll Board.

They have worked on establishing guidelines for the use of the Clubhouse and Pool as well as participating in the design review process
