The Architectural Design Review process is in place to ensure a harmonious aesthetic for our neighborhood. The ADR covers changes to any external structure but not landscaping. Scope – Includes external and structural changes but not landscaping. This includes external blinds and awnings, decks, fencing, changing of front doors, security doors, installation of windows, etc. The objective of the review process is to ensure a harmonious aesthetic for our development.

Process:

Please follow the links for the Pine Hills Land Owners Association and the Town of Plymouth. Submit all plans per their requirements. Then you must submit to the Owls Nest Architectural Design Review Committee.
