Facilities Committee Members

There will be positions available on the Facilities Committee during 2026. Currently this committee is rolled into one advisory committee for both facilities and landscaping. It is called the Facilities and Landscape Committee and is made up of 4 owners who volunteered to assist with recommendations for feedback to the temporary Toll Board.

The Facilities and Landscaping Advisory Committee will become two stand alone committees when the temporary Toll Board decides it is feasible. We anticipate this change will happen within the 2026 calendar year. This Facilities Committee would be made up of 5 people who are responsible for reporting to the Management company (Barkan Management) when opportunities arise for repairs or recommendations for improvements. The Landscape Committee, when it is formed, will be responsible for tenders to landscaping and snow plough companies, and for requests by residents for changes to landscaping in front yards by landowners, plus the installation of pergolas, bbq & fire pits, decking, awnings & blinds, solar panels, and fencing.
