… We are The Who, all the owner residents who live in Owl’s Nest. That means if you own a property and live on Owls Nest, Kestrel Heights, Loons Call or little Chimney Swift you are part of The Who.

Board structure

We will have a Board, eventually made up of Landowners. There is a formula in our sale documents that says once XXX percentage of properties are closed we may gradually elect owner residents onto the Board with voting rights. Currently the Toll Bros’ temporary Board who meet once a month via Zoom with residents for a limited question and answer session. Barkan Management was appointed by the temporary Board to carry out physical management duties for the neighborhood.
